And you know what I thought? I thought as soon as I got married that THAT would end my struggle with celibacy or my struggle with continuing to “restart” my celibacy or my struggle with masturbation. But gurl did I find out the hard way. I mean Yes, I got married to an awesome Man….
And yes, we ended up having some beautifully and wonderfully made kids…a lota kids at that… 😉
But it wasn’t until after having our 3rd child that I got my sexual liberation. Here I was…an intelligent woman, a lover of God, a helpful wife, an amazing Mom with some amazing kids, YET my sexual liberation didn’t come until AFTER having children. NOT before I was married. Not after I was married. But AFTER I had multiple children. Why was that? Because I too, just like many of you, believed the erroneous teachings I’d heard while single that kept me sexually frustrated even years into marriage and after having kids. And that showed me that many times…
Sexually Frustrated Single Women often turn into Sexually Frustrated Married Women.
How do I know this? Not only because I was one but also because that’s where I started in my beginning stages of working towards being a Sex Coach 8 years ago. So many wives were reaching out to me about their sexual frustration that I first started 1 on 1 counsel sessions with sexually frustrated ladies both married & single. Then I started a small group for Nigerian wives to help in sexually liberating them. So that led to me into personal coaching for wives. I then created a sex workshop for wives and helped them to have better sex in their marriages in 2016. But the emails from sexually frustrated single women kept coming. So I began answering each of their emails each day and I noticed many of them with the same sexual issues with the same root…religious sexual repression. Something I also noticed in sexually frustrated wives.
So it hit me…if I could get to sexually frustrated ladies BEFORE they married then maybe, just maybe, I can help in preventing so much sexual frustration being taken into marriages. So I went on to create my first membership group called “Sex 4 Single Ladies” and would meet with single ladies each week on every topic of their sexuality you could think of. Those single ladies were so eager to learn about their sexuality that they tuned in each week hungry and ready to get that work. That’s when I knew that getting ladies who were sexually frustrated while they were single was key to going into marriage free from the bondage of sexual frustration. Because contrary to popular belief, many find out the hard way that…
MARRIAGE DOES NOT CURE SEXUAL FRUSTRATION.
Embracing your sexuality however, does. And yet that’s the thing. Who’s teaching intelligent Women of Faith how to embrace their sexuality while single? Who’s showing single women they can embrace their sexuality and still be a Woman of The Most High God? Who’s telling single women that they do not have to be sexually frustrated thinking that marriage will automatically end their sexual frustration only to find out later that it doesn’t. Or better yet, who’s helping single women understand what embracing their sexuality even is?
Get these questions and more answered.
Single Ladies are tired of being told to “wait and pray” when it comes to all things sexual, yet no one is telling them how to deal with their sexual frustration while living for God. And what’s worse, hardly anyone in their churches even acknowledge that single ladies get sexually frustrated in the first place.
And this is why there's so much struggle for the single, saved and sexually frustrated woman of faith.
Her struggles with sexuality are often times overlooked, undervalued and underemphasized. Most times she’s told to cast down her “sexually impure” thoughts and bring them under the subjection to Christ. And how does one do that? By praying? Fasting? And reading the bible right? But why after continually doing this her sexual frustration often intensifies?
It’s because too many are downplaying that women feeling sexual is NATURAL and to be EMBRACED not shunned.

Listen, AS A SEXOLOGIST, I'VE COUNSELED COUNTLESS OF WOMEN WHO "WERE" SEXUALLY FRUSTRATED JUST LIKE YOU.
In the beginning I did these sessions one on one. Then I created a small group for wives who were sexually frustrated. I then took the main frustrations of those wives and constructed my first workshop for wives on how to have better sex even tho many were in Christian marriages where sex and sexual issues were still taboo. Then by many requests, I formed a membership site for single ladies who wanted to learn more about sex and their sexuality while single.
Then with more requests as well as feedback, I produced a 10 hour weekend workshop for both married and single women who were either (religiously) sexually repressed, frustrated or curious about their sexuality while married or single. And then it finally dawned on me that it was time to take this to a whole ‘nother level…it was time to not just counsel but personally mentor ladies on how to embrace what many ladies have been inadvertently taught to shun while single…their sexuality. And that is how I came up with… I saw the need and answered the call to work more up close and personal with women who were ready to go even further than a workshop, a membership site or a group tho each of those events were just that powerful (and I got the receipts/testimonials to prove it). These ladies need a little more time…quality time.
These ladies need more than just a weekend but a few months instead. These ladies need more than a 2 hour followup session one week after a workshop but instead a few months of on going mentorship specifically designed for ladies tired of being “Single, Saved & Sexually Frustrated”. YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MARRIAGE TO BE SEXUALLY FREE!
“You’ve been to church after church, altar call after altar call, facebook group after facebook group trying to get help with your frustration and yet you are STILL sexually frustrated. Why? Because mainly your frustration isn’t being addressed up closely, intimately and personally. And this issue IS personal. This is you, your well being and yes, your very life. And that’s part of the problem isn’t it? Too many down play sex(uality) especially for the saved single woman because “you’re not even supposed to be thinking about anything sexual until you’re married” right? So you’re often times put off by all of those places mentioned above when it comes to sex because they focus on giving you the generalized solution and not the the specialized solution that fits YOUR FRUSTRATION and not the masses.
They don’t know your background, your trials, your setbacks, your details etc, so how can they give you the up close and personal feedback you need in order to get to your liberation? And part of the reason they don’t know all this is because you haven’t told them what you’re really dealing with. And why is that? Because of constantly being in the atmosphere of the overly judging, the super religifying and the always condemning. It can be extremely hard to get in front of others and just ‘bear all’ without fear of unrighteous judgement or religious condemnation under the guise of rebuke and correction.
